It’s never too early to prepare for next baseball season!  Join us for the most scientifically and medically based off-season baseball training program.   If you are a Pitcher PUT THAT BALL DOWN! — build your CORE, LEGS and of course your SHOULDERS/ROTATOR CUFF and FOREARM.

NOW is when you build the base to get you to THROW HARDER, more ACCURATELY and SAFER!  Position players, this is for you too!  NOW is when you can build mass and power to generate a more powerful swing, get faster on the base paths and improve your quickness to gain range on the field.

Work on technique with your Fall Baseball team, but also work with a Major League Off-Season training program with Paddy Jarit, PT, SCS, ATC (former physical therapist and athletic trainer for U.S.C., UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Long Beach and the Cleveland Indians).  As the Summer winds down and the Fall approaches join Paddy and his team at PHYtness 4U to start a 6 month training program that will prepare you for success next season.
