Noël holds a Bachelors degree in Human Movement Sports Science and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University . She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, active member of the NATA and frequent lecturer at Sacred Heart University’s PT program. Noël lectures regularly in the Physical Therapy program at Sacred Heart University on various topics including women’s health and lymphedema. She’s an active member in the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association, as well as the American Physical Therapy Association and is a section member in Women’s Health, Oncology, Sports and Orthopedics, & Kineostaping.

Juan Soto, MSPT

 Juan holds a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University. While working on his degree, Juan was integral in developing and maintaining a Wellness Program for patients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis. Of significant note is Juan’s advanced training in the McKenzie approach to neck and back care. Juan is also bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English.

As a former professional soccer player and intercollegiate athlete, I have been on both sides of the therapy/patient relationship. I invest a great deal of myself in a patients rehabilitation because of my professional training as well as personal experience recovering from reconstructive knee surgery.” -Juan

IvanIvan joined our team in 2011 and was originally in school to teach Philosophy, but now is exploring the  opportunity of becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant. Using his creativity and high spirited attitude in the gym atmosphere he strives to make everyone feel welcome. Trained and educated by the PT’s on staff, using their skills as a Health & Wellness Coach helping people build on the injury preventative techniques we advocate here at PHYtness 4U.
